Products with In Warranty

 

  • The warranty period for all electronic goods is Two years. (Except Tablets and Aver range)
  • There must be a corresponding Invoice either from the Dealer or from Parrot Products or a proof of purchase-Till slip or Serial number in order for the Warranty to be valid.
  • The Warranty is a Carry in Warranty. The cost of Returning the Item to either the Dealer or direct to Parrot Products is borne by the End User. Transport costs from the Dealer to Parrot Products are borne by Parrot Products
  • Within the Warranty Period Parrot Products will replace at no charge the item with a new one comparative model.

 

  • This applies to all Items that below the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of R10 000.00 as indicated in the latest publish Parrot Products Price List.
  • Parrot Products reserves the right to elect whether to repair or replace items of over R10 000.00 (RRP) – this will need to be confirmed with a Director.

 

  • Obvious physical abuse is outside of the Warranty this then is deemed a Repair (see Parrot Products Instant Repair Policy).

 

Parrot Products Instant Repair Policy (out of Warranty)

 

  • No Invoice is required. A customer has been created on the system called, “PARROT INSTANT REPAIR POLICY”.
  • The Repair is a Carry in Repair. The cost of Returning the Item to either the Dealer or direct to Parrot Products is borne by the End User. Transport costs from the Dealer to Parrot Products are borne by Parrot Products.
  • The Item to be repaired is replaced with a new item of the same model and type and is charged for at the Parrot Products Instant Repair Policy Rate.

 

  • This applies to all Items that below the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of R10 000.00 as indicated in the latest publish Parrot Products Price List.
  • Parrot Products reserves the right to elect whether to repair or replace items of over R10 000.00 (RRP) - this will need to be confirmed with a Director.

 

  • If the item to be repaired is no longer sold by Parrot Products as it is discontinued or superseded by a new model, then the item cannot be repaired/ replaced and the customer will have to buy a new model at the current retail pricing.
  • If the item is out of stock, then the customer will have to wait for stock to arrive – it cannot be replaced with a substitute or an upgrade.
